Frequently Asked Questions
What are the Shipping times?
Canada: We ship all Canadian orders expedited shipping and tracking. Usually, 2-3 business days in Ontario and anywhere between 2-8 business days for other provinces. Please allow for extra time for remote locations.
USA: All orders shipped to the US will have tracking info. Usually 6-12 business days.
UK: All orders shipped to the UK will have tracking info. Usually 6-12 business days.
Australia: All orders shipped to Australia will have tracking info. Usually 6-12 business days.
Everywhere else: All other location shipping times vary. Please contact me for more information.

If you have a specific date you need the item by, please contact us before placing your order
What If I gave the wrong Shipping Address?
If you provided the wrong shipping address, you must repay shipping to have it delivered to the right address.
What happens If I don't receive the item and tracking shows as delivered?
Please check your mailbox and wait a day or so before contacting me incase it was delivered to the wrong address. If you still don’t find it, please contact me. Unfortunately, we cannot refund or reship items that show as delivered.
